Inconsistent

This app is amazing when it works right, 1/4 of the time. I always have an issue with the log in as It takes a while to connect and when it does, I receive an error " login failed". That should be the name of this app. Or it takes a few minutes to " authenticate" account and it never seems to do just that. Its quicker to go online and access your patient portal.
